1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video proof.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
