1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo or video proof.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used food items.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
